The next score returns HTTP 402 and a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header. The agent signs an EIP-3009 authorization for the listed amount and retries with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. If this deployment has no PAY_TO wallet set, the response says payment is not configured. It will not invent an address.
